ABOUT T2U

We got burned.
So we built
something better.

T2U isn't a tech company playing in trades. It's the answer to a broken system — built by people who lived through the worst of it and decided to fix it.

Daniel Noll, Founder
WHY T2U EXISTS

The story, in four beats.

The frustration

Good people, getting burned

Tradie seekers couldn't find reliable tradies. Good tradies couldn't get fair work. Bidding wars, no-shows, payment disputes, zero accountability. The system wasn't just broken — it was rigged against everyone who played fair.

The idea

What if trust was the default?

Not a slogan. A system. Vet every tradie before they touch a customer's home. Hold the money securely until the work is done right. Track every job end to end. Make the platform the standard-bearer — not the tradie seeker, not the tradie.

The build

Five stages. No shortcuts.

We built the accreditation process first — licence checks against state registries, insurance confirmed with providers, references called by a human, a standards course, three monitored jobs. Then protected payments. Then the connected flow. The hard parts first.

The launch

Perth first. Then everywhere.

We're starting in Perth — one city, done properly — before we scale. Every tradie accredited in person. Every job tracked. Every payment protected. The standard starts here and spreads.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Three things that won't change.

Mission

Make hiring a tradie as safe, transparent, and reliable as ordering a ride. No guesswork. No getting burned.

Vision

A home services industry where trust is the default — not the exception. Every tradie vetted, every tradie seeker protected.

Values

Accountability, transparency, and fairness — for tradie seekers and tradies alike. No bidding wars. No rip-offs. No exceptions.
